Not very friendly staff, but not all.

The bed was lovely and it was great having an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and a personal safe.

Very convenient location, transport links to the center of Amsterdam, supermarkets near the hotel. Of course, the work of the cleaning service: we spent 10 days at the hotel, but never saw the maids. But the results of their work - great: cleanliness of the room, bedding, availability of all necessary toiletries.

Somehow, there were no flaws that should be mentioned.

Peaceful location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe and central heating.

Some people working there were very rude.

Really enjoyed my time here, just a 20 min tram ride to the city. The staff were super friendly and spoke perfect English, always ready to help out. The room was spacious with a mini fridge and had an amazing view. Just found the bed a bit annoying since it moved too much. The bar/lounge area was a nice touch too!

The view from the room was wonderful, and the accommodations werenice and neat with ample amenities, including tea and coffee. Access from the central area was inconvenient, and the exterior lacked appeal, feeling more basic than expected. Service could use improvement. I faced a frustrating experience with lost belongings and unhelpful staff responses.

I loved our family stay, especially the amazing room with great views and the free water they provided for our baby. The hotel also had a cozy lounge area and a nice reading nook that were perfect for relaxing after exploring. Just a heads up, they didn’t have bathrobes or slippers as mentioned, which was a bit of a letdown. 😊

Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. I remember the staff helping me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I'll definitely return for a weekend!

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We visited the Ziggo Dome and had a blast at the Arena. The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby. The rooms were clean, and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. A perfect spot for an enjoyable stay!

Our check-in experience could have been smoother. Although we arrived early, the receptionist's attitude was a bit off, and it took longer than expected to get settled.

The room had fine views and was super modern. I loved the spaciousness. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch. The bathroom looked great, and everything felt clean. One downside was that the shower design was a bit unusual, no door, so it made for a messy floor, and the fridge wasn't working.
